2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the store and contracts concluded through it. Before placing an order, the customer may read, save and print these Terms. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
3. Products and print-on-demand services
The store offers ready-made products and products manufactured or printed on demand, including personalised goods made according to a customer’s specifications. Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production technology. The main characteristics, available variants, price and expected fulfilment information are shown on the relevant product page.
The customer must ensure that any text, image or design submitted for personalisation is accurate and does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality rights or other rights of third parties. We may refuse unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
4. Orders and conclusion of contract
An order is placed by selecting products, providing the required delivery and billing information, choosing an available payment and delivery method, and confirming the order. The customer receives an electronic acknowledgement. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order or begin fulfilment. We may contact the customer if information required to fulfil the order is incomplete.
5. Prices and payment
Prices displayed in the store include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other costs are shown before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by independent payment service providers. The customer is responsible for supplying correct billing data.
6. Fulfilment and delivery
Products may be produced and shipped by print-on-demand fulfilment partners acting on our behalf. Estimated production and delivery times are displayed where available and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Risk passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area generally has 14 days from receipt of standard, non-personalised goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to info@okazora.eu or to our postal address before the deadline.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods. Details and return instructions are available in our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Complaints and conformity of goods
We are responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract to the extent required by applicable law. If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed or materially different from the order, the customer should contact us promptly at info@okazora.eu, provide the order number and describe the issue, preferably with photographs. Statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Store content, product descriptions, graphics, logos and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the underlying design.
10. User content and reviews
Content submitted by users must be lawful, truthful and must not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content. Reviews must reflect genuine experience with the product or service.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
12. Privacy and electronic communications
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Transactional messages necessary to process an order are not marketing communications. Marketing communications are sent only where a valid legal basis exists and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to a competent court determined under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for important legal, technical or operational reasons. The version applicable to an order is the version accepted when the order was placed. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the date published on this page.
