2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect and process personal data when you browse the TrendyPrints store, create an account, place an order, request a customised product, contact us, submit a review or consent to marketing. It applies to customers and website visitors.

- identity and contact data, such as name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number;
- order and transaction data, including products, variants, personalisation instructions, payment status, invoices, delivery and returns;
- account data, such as username and account activity;
- communications, complaints, support requests and reviews;
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, device, browser, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, cart activity and security logs;
- marketing preferences and campaign interaction data;
- content supplied for product personalisation, where applicable.
Payment card or bank data is normally collected directly by the selected payment provider. We generally receive confirmation and transaction identifiers rather than full card details.

Recipients may include hosting and WordPress/WooCommerce providers, payment processors, accounting and legal advisers, email and customer-support providers, analytics and advertising providers used with the required consent, print-on-demand fulfilment partners such as Printful or Gelato when used for an order, and postal or courier operators. These entities process data under their own privacy terms or under agreements with us, depending on their role.
